Role Description

The Content Manager – E-commerce, Shopify & Social Media role is a full-time, on-site position located in Delhi, India. The role involves creating and managing engaging content for SilverWorld's e-commerce platform, particularly Shopify, and overseeing its performance through analytics and optimization. Responsibilities include planning content strategies, managing social media accounts, executing campaigns to increase online visibility, and monitoring and improving user experience. Collaboration with designers, marketers, and developers is crucial to ensure the consistency and success of online branding and promotions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in E-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and website content management systems
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, Campaign Management, and Content Creation
  • Strong skills in Copywriting, Visual Content Development, and Content Strategy
  • Data analysis skills for monitoring traffic, engagement, and conversion rates to inform initiatives
  • Experience in Digital Marketing, SEO best practices, and online advertising
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience working in the retail or jewelry industry is an added advantage
