About the Role

We are looking for a smart, proactive and detail-oriented generalist who can independently manage day-to-day operations, order processing, basic logistics through Shopify & Shiprocket, customer communication, and coordination work across the brand. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow rapidly in the fashion/e-commerce space and is comfortable wearing multiple hats.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Order Processing

  • Manage daily orders end-to-end on Shopify & Shiprocket
  • Create shipping labels, schedule pickups and monitor delivery status
  • Maintain accurate inventory records & SKU tracking
  • Coordinate packing, dispatch and returns/exchanges processes
  • Ensure smooth workflow between logistics partners & internal team

Customer Support

  • Handle customer queries across WhatsApp, email and phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve issues related to orders, size queries, return/exchange requests, delivery escalations
  • Maintain strong customer experience and communication tone aligned with the brand identity

Coordination & Execution

  • Assist in content shoots, scheduling and planning tasks
  • Coordinate with vendors, production team, labour and suppliers when required
  • Support brand-related tasks (PR, sampling, follow-ups, influencer coordination, etc.)

Tools & Platforms

  • Shopify
  • Shiprocket
  • WhatsApp Business / Email / Google Sheets / Excel
  • Basic Canva knowledge (preferred but not mandatory)

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong written & spoken English communication
  • Organised, fast-learner and solution-oriented problem solver
  • Ability to take responsibility and work independently
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced growing environment
  • Prior experience in D2C / fashion / e-commerce operations is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Basic tech and software comfort: excel sheets, Shopify panel basics, order processing tools
