Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through client meetings, networking, and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Handle inbound leads and convert them into sales through effective follow-ups.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate options.
  • Conduct site visits and property presentations for potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive business growth.
  • Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, and client interactions in CRM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and customer-oriented.
  • Willingness to work 6 days a week (week off on weekdays).
