Job Description:

The Store Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities to ensure smooth functioning of business processes across supply chain, logistics, inventory management, and vendor coordination. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for efficiency, organization, and excellence in customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage daily operations across procurement, inventory, production, and logistics.
  • Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
  • Monitor stock levels and manage inventory records using ERP or relevant software.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and courier partners to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance.
  • Support order fulfillment and coordinate with the sales and customer service teams for smooth dispatch operations.
  • Maintain documentation for purchase orders, invoices, and dispatch reports.
  • Track and analyze operational performance metrics; suggest process improvements.
  • Assist in planning and execution of promotional activities or new product launches from an operations perspective.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in operations, preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, or luxury products.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems or inventory management software.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving aptitude, and a proactive attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
