  • Architect influencer campaign strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Build the perfect mix of creators to bring campaign ideas to life.
  • Stay plugged into pop culture, internet trends, and viral moments that brands can ride on.
  • Specialize in influencer marketing formats — from meme marketing and PR amplification to celebrity and affiliate programs.
  • Develop vertical-specific expertise (fashion, beauty, tech, lifestyle, finance, etc.) to provide relevant recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Creative Strategy to integrate influencers seamlessly into campaign ideas.
  • Work with the Buying & Negotiations team to ensure influencer plans are feasible within budget.
  • Maintain and evolve an influencer intelligence dashboard with performance benchmarks and engagement data.
  • Forecast campaign outcomes with Media & Analytics based on influencer fit.
  • Post-campaign: analyze performance, share learnings, and scale what works.
  • Identify emerging creators and rising stars early to drive innovation and cost efficiency.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with top influencers, talent managers, and agencies.

What It Takes to Nail This Role

  • 5–9 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent partnerships, or digital strategy.
  • Deep understanding of the influencer ecosystem, across platforms and categories.
  • Sharp cultural instinct — ability to connect brand needs with creator trends.
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate creator performance and ROI.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
