Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a State Head, located in Bhubaneswar. The State Head will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the region, managing teams, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets and profitability. This role involves strategic planning, collaboration with various stakeholders, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The State Head will also be required to monitor market trends, implement promotional activities, and uphold the brand's reputation in the region.

  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Experience in sales, marketing, and business development
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of automobile aftermarket services and local market conditions
  • Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in a similar role within the automobile industry is preferred
