Job Description Area Development Officer (ADO)
Location: [Haldwani]
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets of the assigned area through effective planning, client visits, customer interactions, and demonstrations.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with builders, architects, fabricators, and project sites.
- Prepare and submit pipeline reports to management, highlighting upcoming opportunities.
- Conduct site visits to engage with key decision-makers and influencers.
- Coordinate with Sales Coordination for timely preparation and submission of quotations.
- Follow up with clients to ensure order closures and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to strengthen business positioning.
- Maintain reports on Sales Pipeline, Orders, Architect Meetings, and Tenders as per defined frequency.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- 13years of experience in Sales / Business Development (preferably in Building Materials / Construction).
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
