Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Zonal Head - Corporate Sales based in Mumbai. The Zonal Head will oversee sales operations in the designated zone, develop and implement business plans to achieve sales targets, and manage and mentor a team of sales professionals. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, strategizing for consistent sales growth, and ensuring the successful execution of regional sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Account Management to drive consistent business growth
  • Experience in Business Planning and strategy development to achieve organizational objectives
  • Strong leadership skills and Team Management abilities to guide and motivate sales teams

Insurance Placement & Advisory

  • Analyze client risk profiles and recommend appropriate insurance solutions such as:
  • Fire Insurance
  • Property & Engineering Insurance
  • Liability Insurance
  • Marine Insurance
  • Group Health & Employee Benefits
  • Coordinate with internal teams and insurers to place policies on competitive terms.
  • Support negotiations on premiums, coverage terms, deductibles, and claims handling arrangements.

Market & Insurer Coordination

  • Build and maintain relationships with insurance companies and underwriters.
  • Stay updated on market trends, new insurance products, and regulatory changes.
  • Effective Team Leadership to ensure performance alignment with company goals
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields
  • Previous experience in insurance sector is preferred
