Job Overview:
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching event and exhibition services, and ensuring strong client relationships. This role involves working closely with brands, agencies, and organizations to plan, promote, and execute high-impact events and exhibitions that align with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients for corporate events, trade shows, brand activations, and exhibitions.
- Set-up meetings & Follow-ups
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals and event presentations.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities, competitors, and industry trends.
- Promote the company's event services through online campaigns, social media, email marketing, and physical outreach.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and generate weekly/monthly reports for review.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- High level of creativity and a strong understanding of event concepts and audience engagement.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
