Role Overview

We are looking for a
Sales Manager (Scrap/Recyclables)
to spearhead sales and business development efforts across ferrous, non-ferrous, plastics, and other recyclable streams. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building supplier and customer relationships, and expanding Recyclaro's trading footprint in domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and business development in scrap and recyclables (ferrous, non-ferrous, plastics, e-waste, batteries, etc.)
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and margin targets
  • Build, manage, and expand supplier & customer networks across India and international markets
  • Negotiate commercial contracts and ensure competitive sourcing & pricing
  • Work closely with operations, supply chain, and compliance teams for smooth execution
  • Track market trends, competitor moves, and demand-supply dynamics
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance reports to management

What We're Looking For

  • 7–12 years' experience in sales/business development in scrap, recyclables, or raw materials trading
  • Strong market knowledge of ferrous & non-ferrous metals, plastics, and other recyclables
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing key accounts
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive growth in a fast-paced environment
  • Existing supplier and buyer network in recycling/metals sector will be a strong advantage
