Key Accountabilities:
- Tailor campaigns to different customer segments, ensuring maximum reach and effectiveness.
- Develop product positioning and messaging for personal loans across customer segments.
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns using tools like Gupshup (WhatsApp/SMS), Oracle Eloqua, Netcore, MoEngage, WebEngage.
- Build and manage customer journeys including onboarding, engagement, and retention.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing MIS & Insights:
- Oversee the management and reporting of Marketing Information Systems (MIS).
- Collect, track, and analyse marketing data, including outcomes and key performance metrics.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategy.
- Track campaign metrics, analyze performance, and optimize based on insights.
- Work closely with Product, Risk, Credit, Tech, and Customer Experience teams.
Brand Localization & Implementation:
- Develop innovative local marketing strategies while considering regional diversity.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Track and report on zonal marketing performance metrics.
- Provide insights to develop and enhance future marketing initiatives.
Experience & Education:
Minimum 5 years in product marketing, preferably in personal loans or unsecured lending within NBFCs or fintechs.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA preferred.
