Role Overview: Suzlon Energy, a leader in the renewable wind energy sector, is looking for a highly skilled HR professional to join their team at the Head Office in Hadapsar, Pune. You will collaborate with the Top Management to drive key HR initiatives and support the company's growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with top management on strategic initiatives related to Talent Management, Learning & Development, Coaching & Mentoring, Performance Management, and Total Rewards. - Implement HR interventions tailored to the specific needs of the business verticals - Projects, Services, and Manufacturing. - Act as a liaison between top management and various functions to ensure alignment of HR strategies with the business vision. - Collaborate with leadership to enhance business outcomes, track budgets, and review performance metrics. - Be involved in the long-term HR planning process spanning 1-3-5 years. - Drive the adoption of technology from an HR perspective and identify opportunities for innovation and creativity within the HR domain. - Provide support to top management in people review matters and engage with stakeholders to drive meaningful discussions. Qualifications Required: - Full-time MBA from a Tier 1 institute. - Background in Electrical, Mechanical, Production, or Energy engineering is preferred, reflecting the technical nature of the renewable energy sector.,
