Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, customize, and maintain Kissflow 2 0 ,4 0 and Zoho applicationsbased on business requirements
  • Design and implement automated workflows, approval hierarchies, andforms
  • Work with business users to gather requirements and translate them intosystem configurations
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and data access controls across platforms
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to supportmanagement insights
  • Integrate Zoho and Kissflow with third-party applications or internal systems(via APIs or connectors)
  • Conduct testing, UAT support, and documentation of configurations andworkflows
  • Provide user training and support post-deployment to ensure smooth adoption
  • Troubleshoot workflow or automation issues and coordinate with vendor supportif needed
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and automate manual business processes

Skills & Competencies:

  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in Kissflow (workflow configuration, process design, and reporting)
  • Strong working knowledge of Zoho ecosystem particularly Zoho People,Zoho Creator, Zoho Qntrl, Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics
  • Hands-on experience in form design, field rules, validation, and scripting(Deluge preferred)
  • Understanding of API integration, webhooks, and data synchronization
  • Basic SQL or data analysis knowledge is an advantage

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines
  • Attention to detail and documentation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relateddiscipline
  • 3-5 years of experience in workflow automation or business applicationconfiguration
  • Prior experience implementing Kissflow and Zoho tools is mandatory
  • Certification in Zoho Creator or Zoho CRM is a plus
  • Exposure to RPA or low-code platforms is desirable
