Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Design and implement effective recruitment strategies for multi-level hiring across departments.
- Source, screen, and assess candidates using innovative sourcing techniques and job platforms.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep up-to-date with market hiring trends and align recruitment practices accordingly.
- Manage job postings and job descriptions across platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Plan and conduct campus hiring drives and coordinate with educational institutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and staffing partners.
- Represent the organization at HR events, job fairs, and industry networking forums.
- Review applications, conduct background checks, and support onboarding processes.
- Contribute to employee retention strategies through hiring quality and cultural fit.
Administration:
- Coordinate and manage daily office administration activities in sync with management.
- Handle petty cash and maintain records of office expenses.
- Oversee office facilities, supplies, vendor management, and maintenance schedules.
- Organize employee engagement events, recreational and cultural activities.
- Supervise support staff and ensure smooth internal operations.
- Maintain documentation, budgets, filing systems, and inventory tracking.
- Liaise with vendors for timely procurement and negotiate cost-effective services and products.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle & sourcing techniques
- Vendor coordination and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office & recruitment platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed )
- Time management and attention to detail
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA in HR is a plus
