Job Description:

  • Administrative Oversight:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily administrative operations
  • Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a smooth workflow
  • Team Management
  • Manage and lead a team of administrative and support staff
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance.
  • Facility Management
  • Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of office premises
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee records, staff attendance, and other relevant documentation
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations
  • Communication and Coordination
  • Facilitate effective communication to team members and stakeholders
  • Identify training needs for staff and organize relevant training programs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Manage material ordering and inventory control to meet operational needs
  • Work with various departments to streamline processes and improve communication.
  • Assist in the execution of key projects and initiatives that enhance operational efficiency
  • Identify areas for improvement within operations and propose actionable solutions
  • Clients and customer handlings

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹480,000.00 per year
