Job Description:
- Administrative Oversight:
- Supervise and coordinate daily administrative operations
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a smooth workflow
- Team Management
- Manage and lead a team of administrative and support staff
- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance.
- Facility Management
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of office premises
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee records, staff attendance, and other relevant documentation
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations
- Communication and Coordination
- Facilitate effective communication to team members and stakeholders
- Identify training needs for staff and organize relevant training programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Manage material ordering and inventory control to meet operational needs
- Work with various departments to streamline processes and improve communication.
- Assist in the execution of key projects and initiatives that enhance operational efficiency
- Identify areas for improvement within operations and propose actionable solutions
- Clients and customer handlings

Pay: ₹300, ₹480,000.00 per year
