Role Overview

We are looking for a Front Desk Executive who can efficiently manage front office operations along with administrative and HR support tasks. The ideal candidate should be well-presented, professional, and possess strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Reception Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Maintain visitor records and manage appointment scheduling.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front desk and reception area.

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
  • Coordinate courier, vendor communication, and housekeeping activities.
  • Assist in preparing documents, reports, and basic office correspondence.
  • Support the internal team with day-to-day office administration tasks.

HR Support Responsibilities

  • Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
  • Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation.
  • Help in onboarding processes such as collecting documents and preparing joining kits.
  • Support HR team in company events, communication, and compliance documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Presentable, professional, and customer-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and handle work independently.

Experience

  • 6 months to 5 years in Front Desk, Admin, or HR roles.
  • Experience in IT/software company preferred (optional).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
