Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of experience, with strong expertise in on-demand solution selling. Experience in pre-sales and post-sales activities will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and/or international markets for IT services.
  • Drive end-to-end sales lifecycle – from lead generation to closure.
  • Specialize in on-demand solutions selling, understanding client requirements and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams during pre-sales to prepare proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.
  • Ensure smooth post-sales handover and maintain strong client relationships to foster upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business development within the IT services industry.
  • Proven experience in on-demand solutions selling.
  • Exposure to both pre-sales and post-sales processes is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. MBA is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70, ₹100,000.00 per month
