We are seeking a dynamic, people-focused candidate to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales agents. The role includes explaining product features, guiding agents on sales techniques, and helping them consistently achieve their revenue targets. You will play a key part in motivating the team, analyzing performance, and supporting overall business growth through effective sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new agents, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Provide regular training, product knowledge sessions, and performance coaching.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships to ensure active agent engagement.
  • Monitor daily/weekly performance and maintain detailed reports on agent productivity.
  • Implement business growth initiatives to expand distribution reach and increase sales output.
  • Support agents with field visits, customer interactions, and sales closures when required.
  • Ensure all sales activities align with company goals and brand standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, channel sales, agency management, or B2B marketing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence teams.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and provide actionable insights.
