Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage new agents, distributors, and partners.
  • Train, guide, and support the agency team to achieve their performance goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents for continuous engagement.
  • Track and monitor performance metrics across the agency network.
  • Implement growth strategies to expand channel reach and improve productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, channel development, or B2B marketing.
  • Strong communication, training, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, motivated, and target-focused.
