Job Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for roles such as:
- Content Writers
- Digital Marketing Executives
- Software Developers (Front-end, Back-end, or Full Stack)
- Define job descriptions, prepare interview questions, and ensure timely feedback to candidates.
Candidate Sourcing:
- Leverage job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals to identify top talent.
- Build a diverse and qualified talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.
Screening & Selection:
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and hiring priorities.
- Provide insights and guidance on market trends and competitive compensation packages.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) .
- Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports to track progress and performance metrics.
Market Research:
- Stay informed about UAE labor market trends, including visa processes and employment laws.
- Continuously improve recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter with a focus on hiring for technical and creative roles.
- Previous recruitment experience in the UAE or Middle East is strongly preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques for both creative and technical profiles.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
