Job Title: Assistant Manager – FMCG Sales (Frozen Fruits) for Kerala 

Location: Cochin, Kerala
Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month (Fixed)

A fast-growing company in the frozen fruit and related products segment, offering premium quality products for retail, HoReCa, and institutional clients. We are expanding our footprint across Kerala and looking for a dynamic sales professional to lead our regional growth.

Role Overview:

The Sales Executive / Asst. Manager will be responsible for driving sales, expanding market reach, and building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and HoReCa clients across Kerala.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow sales of frozen fruits and related products across Kerala.Appoint and manage distributors and channel partners (optional).Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve monthly targets.Maintain relationships with key food products manufacturers, HoReCa clients, supermarkets, and modern trade outlets.Ensure effective market coverage, visibility, and product availability.Track competitor activities and provide regular market insights.Coordinate with logistics and supply chain for timely deliveries and stock planning.Manage and review pricing and rates based on market movements.Key Account management abilities to ensure business growth. Collect payments and ensure adherence to company credit policies.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate / MBA preferred.3–6 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in frozen, perishable, or food product categories.Strong network in Kerala's retail and HoReCa segments.Proven ability to achieve targets and manage distributors.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Should be willing to travel extensively within Kerala.Must have own two-wheeler and valid driving license.Candidates proficient in English, Malayalam, Hindi

Benefits:
