The East Regional Manager will lead Apple's sales and distribution plans in East India for the General Trade Channel. The role will focus primarily on driving revenue for all Apple products across the region, and building on the distribution network. The chosen candidate would be viewed as an emerging Apple leader, reporting to the General Trade country lead. The role is based out of Kolkata.

Description

You are required to deliver on quarterly business plans while also building the distribution network for long-term success. This position would own and drive the channel to achieve business objectives, manage partner relationships, deliver returns on Apple investments, and enhance the customer experience in the region. You should provide leadership in identifying data-based trends and addressing problem statements, creating innovative solutions, and driving strategic and tactical execution plans at scale. The role is a result-focused role with quantitative and qualitative deliverables.

Minimum Qualifications

  • The successful candidate should have 10+ years of relevant experience in Sales and Distribution.
  • The highest level of integrity, honesty, and accountability.
  • Proficiency in English and excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in influencing and negotiating with people at different levels, working in various teams, both inside and outside the organisation.
  • Prior experience of managing diverse and high performing teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Analytical - The role requires a high level of analytical thinking, enabling the ability to distil data into key insights and make informed decisions.
  • Creativity - Flexibility and creativity are essential for proposing innovative solutions to existing problems.
