Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and occupancy goals.
  • Identify and onboard new student recruitment partners, agents, and institutional tie-ups.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, universities, and stakeholders.
  • Generate leads through market research, networking, and partnerships.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to conversion and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to adjust strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns and digital outreach.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent pre- and post-sales support.
  • Train, mentor, and guide sales team members (if applicable).

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Target-driven with a proven record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Knowledge of student accommodation / hospitality / real estate industry preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
