Role Overview:
We are looking for a sharp, tech-savvy Chief of Staff / EA who understands AI, emerging technologies, and healthcare innovation. This person will be the strategic right hand of the Chairman, helping to run multiple businesses, align leadership, and drive execution across global initiatives. This is not a routine admin roleits about strategic leverage, AI adoption, and scaling execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic AI & Tech Leadership

    • Stay on top of AI/ML, SaaS, and digital health trends and brief the Chairman regularly.
    • Work with product & tech leaders to evaluate new AI use cases, product roadmaps, and business impact.
    • Assist in testing new AI products before launch and gathering market feedback.

  2. Business & GTM Enablement

    • Help craft and execute go-to-market strategies, especially for AI-led and digital-first products. Support growth planning.
    • Drive initiatives such as new launches, co-GTMs, and M&A readiness.

  3. Project & Stakeholder Management

    • Manage cross-functional projects across pharma intelligence, SaaS, and healthcare businesses.
    • Liaise between the Chairman and leadership teams to ensure accountability and progress.
    • Represent the Chairman in select meetings, ensuring clarity and follow-ups.

  4. Operational & Communication Excellence

    • Prepare high-quality presentations, investor materials, and internal updates.
    • Support investor relations, fundraising, and strategic partnerships.
    • Manage the Chairmans time, calendar, and workflows for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: MBA / Engineering / Data Science background strongly preferred (top-tier institutes a plus).
  • Experience: 510 years in AI/tech companies, consulting, SaaS, healthcare AI, or startups. Prior experience as Chief of Staff/EA to CXOs is an advantage.
  • Skills: Strong grasp of AI/ML, SaaS business models, and healthcare trends. Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
