Business Development Executive

Role & Responsibilities:
* To build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals to generate patient referrals and prescriptions.
* To create awareness among the community and healthcare fraternity about the hospital's services and facilities.
* To assist in planning and organizing Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, health camps, and awareness sessions.
* To identify and establish connections with new doctors, clinics, and organizations to expand the hospital's referral network.
* To plan and schedule regular visits to doctors, clinics, and healthcare partners to strengthen relationships and ensure consistent engagement.
Competencies Required:
Any Degree
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confidence in client interaction and public speaking
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and in a team
Nice to Have:
Fluency in English and local language
Familiarity with CRM tools
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹200, ₹350,000.00 per year
