Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Head with 2 years of proven experience in leading marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities, a deep understanding of digital and traditional marketing channels, and a passion for driving brand growth and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Lead and manage end-to-end campaigns across digital (SEO, SEM, social media, email) and offline channels
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to refine marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with sales, creative, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and lead generation
  • Monitor campaign performance and report on ROI, KPIs, and marketing metrics
  • Oversee content creation, brand messaging, and promotional activities
  • Manage marketing budgets and negotiate with vendors, agencies, and partners
  • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a marketing leadership role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
  • Experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration

Preferred Skills:

  • Creativity and innovative thinking
  • Data-driven mindset with a strategic approach
  • Proficiency in marketing tools like HubSpot, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.
