The Head of Marketing will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals. Responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, leading the sales strategy to drive enrollment, and building strong public relations initiatives to enhance brand visibility. The role also involves collaborating across teams to ensure consistency in messaging and the achievement of key performance metrics. There will be one month of online training, followed by relocation to Dubai.QualificationsStrong skills in Market Planning and Marketing ManagementProficiency in conducting Market Research and analyzing market trendsExperience in developing and implementing effective Sales strategiesAbility to lead Public Relations initiatives to foster brand growthExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience in the education industry or financial education is an advantageMust HaveAt least 2 years of experience as a Marketing Head in any Marketing Agency.
