Reports to: CGO

Role Purpose: Position Mentor Colleges as India's "Hybrid Stanford" through digital-first branding.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

  • Lead digital campaigns, PR, influencer strategy.

  • Build brand presence in tier 1–3 cities.

  • Coordinate with Admissions Director for lead generation.

KPIs:

  • Cost per lead (CPL) within benchmark.

  • ≥X qualified leads/month.

  • Brand reach (engagement, media coverage).

Skills: Digital marketing, branding, PR.

Qualifications: MBA/PGDM (Marketing).

Experience: 8–12 years in marketing leadership.
