**Reports To**: Marketing Manager / Sales Head

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Promote and market **mattress products** to dealers, retailers, and customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with **existing and new clients**.
- Conduct field visits to **generate leads and close sales**.
- Identify and explore **new business opportunities** in the assigned territory.
- Achieve **sales targets** and contribute to revenue growth.
- Provide **product demonstrations and presentations** to potential customers.
- Gather **market insights and competitor analysis** to support business strategy.
- Maintain proper **records of sales, customer feedback, and follow-ups**.
- Collaborate with the sales and distribution team to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in **Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field**.
- Minimum **1-2 years of experience** in sales or marketing, preferably in **mattress, furniture, or FMCG industry**.
- Must own a **two-wheeler with a valid driving license**.
- Strong **communication and negotiation skills**.
- Ability to work independently and **handle field marketing activities**.
- Basic knowledge of **MS Office and reporting tools**.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience in **B2B and B2C marketing**.
- Strong **persuasion and relationship-building skills**.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
