The Role

We're hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our rapid growth and scale our brand across Kerala and beyond.

This isn't a "post and pray" role. You'll be executing a multi-channel strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms, working directly with our founder and team to create high-impact campaigns that drive real results.

Location: Kalamassery, Kochi (On-site)

Experience: Freshers to 2 years

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹30,000/month (based on skills and experience)

Type: Full-time

What You'll Do

Core Responsibilities (Must-Haves)

1. Paid Advertising & Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Instagram/Facebook) and LinkedIn(optional)
• Manage ad budgets, track ROI, and scale winning campaigns
• A/B test creatives, audiences, and messaging for maximum performance
• Use Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn Campaign Manager(optional) like a pro

2. Content Strategy & Management

• Research content trends and opportunities in the education/tech space
• Develop content calendars across multiple pages (Devxtra Academy, Storiez, Community)
• Manage and delegate content creation to our media team
• Coordinate with personal brand accounts (Founder, Co-founder, Team leads)

3. Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Track and report on key metrics: reach, engagement, conversions, leads
• Use Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other tools to drive decisions
• Identify what's working, what's not, and iterate quickly
• Present weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights

4. Community Management & Engagement

• Respond to comments and DMs across all platforms (or manage the process)
• Build and nurture our online community
• Monitor brand mentions and conversations
• Turn engagement into conversions

Nice-to-Haves

• Email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns
• Website updates and basic SEO knowledge
• Experience with automation tools (Buffer, Zapier, Hootsuite, etc.)
• Brand partnership and collaboration outreach
• Basic design skills (Canva, Figma)
• Video editing capabilities (CapCut, Premiere Pro)

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

0-2 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with strong portfolios welcome)

Proven experience running paid ads on Meta.

Strong understanding of social media trends, especially Instagram Reels

Data-driven mindset - you make decisions based on metrics, not gut feel

Excellent communication skills (Malayalam + English)

Comfortable creating or managing content creation

Self-starter who doesn't need hand-holding

• Portfolio showing campaigns you've run (even personal projects)
• Understanding of the education/tech industry in Kerala
• Experience growing social media accounts from scratch
• Knowledge of developer/tech culture (we'll teach you if you don't)
