About the Role: We are seeking a talented and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist cum Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will combine creative design expertise with strategic digital marketing skills to strengthen our online presence, enhance brand awareness, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase web traffic. Plan, manage, and optimize social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). Create engaging content, including blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials. Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies. Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and track ROI. Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports to identify areas for improvement. Graphic Design: Design visually compelling materials such as social media graphics, banners, brochures, and email templates. Create and edit multimedia content (videos, GIFs, short animations) for digital channels. Ensure all creative output aligns with brand identity and design standards. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts. Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, IT, or a related field. Proven experience in both digital marketing and graphic design. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, strategies, and current trends. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Canva. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively within a team. A strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns and design work. Preferred Skills: Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.). Familiarity with CMS tools (WordPress, Webflow, etc.). Video editing experience (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects). Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
