Key Responsibilities

  1. Meta Ads Expertise (Core Focus)

  2. Campaign Management: End-to-end management of client campaigns within the Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) platform, including setting up campaigns, ad sets, and ads.

  3. Hands-on Execution: Daily monitoring, optimization, and scaling of campaigns to meet and exceed client KPIs (e.g., CPA, ROAS, Clicks, Impressions, Lead Volume).
  4. Creative Testing: Implementing rigorous A/B testing protocols for ad creative, copy, and landing pages to maximize performance.

  5. Budget Management: Efficiently managing large and small budgets across various client accounts.

  6. Strategy & Analysis (Added Advantage)

  7. Performance Analysis: Deep dive into campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

  8. Strategic Recommendations: Developing and presenting actionable strategies for campaign optimization and future growth based on data analysis.

  9. Reporting: Creating clear, concise, and insightful performance reports for clients and internal teams.

  10. Agency Environment & Growth

  11. Client Management: Handling multiple client accounts simultaneously, understanding their unique business objectives and industry challenges.

  12. Cross-Industry Exposure: Working with diverse industries, requiring adaptability and a quick learning curve for new sectors.
  13. Continuous Learning: Maintaining a willingness to learn new things and staying updated on the latest platform changes, digital trends, industry best practices, and new ad technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Proven track record of driving measurable results (e.g., lead generation, e-commerce sales) using Meta Ads.
  • Demonstrable experience in campaign analysis and strategy development.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly.
  • A strong passion for digital marketing and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

Added Advantage (Bonus Skills)

  • Expertise or knowledge in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, App) or other paid platforms (e.g., TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment handling multiple clients.

Job Type: Full-time
