Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist/Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring & onboarding top talent. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.


• Sourcing and Screening: Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks, and screen resumes and cover letters to shortlist candidates.


• Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a seamless interview process.


• Job Posting and Advertising: Create and post job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms.


• Headhunting: Identify and approach potential candidates who are not actively job-seeking.


• Salary Negotiation: Negotiate salary packages with selected candidates.


• Coordination: Work closely with Team Leaders to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.


• Follow-ups: Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and Team Leaders to keep them informed about the recruitment process.


• Interview Scheduling: Schedule interviews and ensure that all necessary arrangements are made.

Plan for weekday and weekend recruitment drives.


• Sourcing Profiles: Source and maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

Requirements:

3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition


• Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent acquisition.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and excellent command of the English language.
    • Strong networking skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software

Experience with recruitment of Non-IT Engineering Talent is preferred.

Note: Bangalore based Candidates Are Preferred.

Work Arrangement : Work From Office

Working Hours : Monday to Friday 11 am to 8 pm and Weekend recruitment drives as required.
