About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (Female) to join our team. This is a field-based role where you will be actively engaging with clients, generating leads, and expanding the market presence of our services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and convincing skills, a customer-focused approach, and the drive to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through networking, field visits, and client outreach.
  • Identify and approach potential clients for business growth.
  • Understand customer requirements and present appropriate services.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled.
  • Report daily/weekly progress and share feedback from field activities.
  • Promote brand awareness and represent the company at external events and meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups.

Eligibility & Skills Required

  • Female candidates with up to 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
  • Ability to build trust quickly and handle customer objections professionally.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Willingness to travel within assigned areas and meet clients regularly.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, professionalism, and result-oriented mindset.
