Business Development Executive

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record in sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry knowledge, and current contacts.
- Generate leads, set up meetings, and present business proposals to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their objectives.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
- Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
