Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Management System (PMS)

  • Design, implement, and monitor effective performance management frameworks.
  • Facilitate goal-setting, mid-year, and annual performance reviews.
  • Provide insights and reports for management decision-making.

2. Compliances & Statutory Management

  • Ensure adherence to all statutory and labor law compliances (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate records and support during audits/inspections.
  • Liaise with consultants and government bodies for compliance-related matters.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Design and drive employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture.
  • Plan and execute events, activities, and communication strategies.
  • Conduct surveys/feedback sessions and implement action plans.

4. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
  • Build a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
  • Work closely with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.

5. General HR Operations

  • Handle grievance management and employee relations.
  • Support in drafting/updating HR policies and processes.
  • Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
