Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening,

interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.

  • Employee Records & Documentation: Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR

documentation.

  • Payroll & Compliance: Handle monthly payroll processing, statutory deductions, and ensure legal

compliance.

  • Performance & Appraisals: Implement performance systems, track KRAs, and manage appraisals.

  • Employee Engagement & Culture: Promote a healthy workplace, organize engagement activities,

and resolve grievances.

  • Training & Development: Coordinate employee training programs to enhance skills and

productivity.

  • Exit Management: Oversee exit procedures, conduct exit interviews, and manage full and final

settlements.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of relevant HR experience

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and payroll systems

  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or HR software

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
