Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from prospective buyers and provide detailed project information.
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls to leads generated through campaigns, channel partners, and digital platforms.
  • Qualify leads based on interest, budget, and requirements before passing them to the sales team.
  • Maintain and update customer interactions in the CRM system (Salesforce/ERP/Real Estate CRM).
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and CRM teams to ensure smooth customer engagement.
  • Manage client queries regarding project details, pricing, payment plans, and site visit scheduling.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and build trust with clients.
  • Track and achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead conversion targets.
  • Follow scripts but also adapt communication style to suit high-net-worth and diverse client profiles.
  • Engage in 1st level of customer interaction through physical meetings (at site office/sales gallery), understand requirements, and create initial rapport before connecting clients to the sales team.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi; regional languages preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of real estate projects, terminologies, and buyer journey.
  • Experience in lead management tools/CRM systems.
  • Persuasive selling and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult clients professionally.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
  • Target-driven, with a passion for customer service.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a real estate call center / tele-sales / CRM support role.
  • Exposure to luxury/premium real estate developers will be an added advantage.
