Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in Noida. The Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Responsibilities also include creating job descriptions, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Proactively identifying and attracting top talent will be a key component of this role, along with maintaining an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Candidate Sourcing
  • Experience with Interviewing, Screening, and Job Description Creation
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR tools
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Prior experience in the beauty or service industry is a plus
