About Sid's Farm:
Sid's Farm is a premium D2C dairy brand committed to delivering pure, antibiotic-free, hormone-free, and preservative-free milk and dairy products directly to consumers. We are expanding in Pune and looking for a passionate BTL Lead to drive our visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition on-ground.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the BTL marketing team in Pune, ensuring smooth execution of all on-ground activities.
• Plan, execute, and monitor BTL campaigns, events, and community activations to build visibility and drive revenue.
• Develop and maintain relationships with resident welfare associations, facility managers, and community groups for engagement opportunities.
• Drive daily/weekly/monthly targets for new subscriptions, recharges, and customer activations.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign ROI and ensure cost-effective execution.
• Train and motivate the field team to deliver high-quality customer engagement and conversions.
• Work closely with marketing and sales leadership to align BTL activities with brand strategy.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 3–5 years of experience in BTL marketing, field sales, or community activations.
• Proven track record of revenue-driving BTL campaigns.
• Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide field executives.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with community stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced D2C/start-up environment.
• Knowledge of Pune geography and consumer behavior is an added advantage.
