Role and Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Managing the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening candidates, interviewing, and making job offers
- Coordinating new hire orientations and onboarding
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. A bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is required. The candidate must have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
