Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive located in Chandigarh. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing business relationships, providing excellent customer service, and handling client relations. The role also involves effective communication with stakeholders to enhance service processes and ensure client needs are met efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
  • Business Relationship Management and Client Relations skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the education industry or relevant field is an advantage
