JD:

1. Direct Sales

  • Identify and engage prospective buyers through walk-ins, referrals, and lead follow-ups.
  • Conduct site visits and property briefings; negotiate and close deals to meet targets.
  • Maintain client relationships from inquiry to post-sale; update CRM and coordinate with internal teams for smooth transactions.
  • Work with marketing to generate leads and track market trends to refine sales strategies.

2. Channel Partner Sales

  • Identify, onboard, and manage real-estate brokers and consultants.
  • Conduct regular project briefings, training sessions, and engagement programs to drive sales.
  • Ensure achievement of targets through the partner network and support promotions and events.
  • Monitor partner performance using CRM tools and take corrective actions as needed.

3. Site Manager Sales

  • Oversee daily sales operations at project sites, ensuring achievement of booking goals.
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and property tours, ensuring an excellent on-site experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing and project teams to align site readiness and client servicing.
  • Track on-site sales metrics, handle client queries, and report performance to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 28 years' experience in real-estate sales (direct, channel, or site-based).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office; ability to meet targets and coordinate across teams.
