Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager, located in Mumbai. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, conducting market research, and analyzing market trends. Additional responsibilities include overseeing social media accounts, creating promotional materials, and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for budget management, monitoring and reporting on marketing performance, and ensuring brand consistency.

Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of experience
    in B2B industrial / manufacturing / engineering marketing (preferably plastics or machinery industry).
  • Strong understanding of
    export marketing
    , international branding, and trade show management.
  • Proven track record in
    digital marketing, lead generation, and brand strategy.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM (Zoho / HubSpot) and digital tools (Google Analytics, Canva, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Comfortable working in a
    hands-on, entrepreneurial environment.
