  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely receipt of luxury fashion merchandise from domestic suppliers.
  • Coordinate with planning, merchandising, and warehouse teams for priority clearances.
  • Ensure accurate verification of invoices, packing lists, and quality checks on inbound goods.
  • Manage allocation of inbound resources (manpower, space, equipment) for efficient unloading and storage.
  • Implement SOPs for handling high-value luxury products with utmost care and security.
  • Maintain MIS reports on inbound shipment status, lead times, and landed cost analysis.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, finance, and operations teams for smooth inward operations.
  • Ensure sustainability and ethical compliance in inbound transportation.
  • Lead and train team members on inbound processes, compliance, and efficiency improvement.
