Role Overview:

We're looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Lead to head our sales function. This is a hybrid role combining individual contribution, team leadership, and strategic direction. You'll be responsible for building outbound sales from scratch while optimizing inbound processes, mentoring the team, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team, currently focused on inbound leads; own performance and outcomes.
  • Design and execute outbound sales strategy to generate a predictable pipeline.
  • Own the entire sales funnel: prospecting, pitching, demos, closing, and onboarding.
  • Build sales playbooks, CRM workflows, and dashboards to bring structure and scalability.
  • Identify target segments and industries; develop account-based selling plans.
  • Hire and train SDRs(Sales Development Representative), AEs(Account Executive), and other sales roles as we grow.
  • Track performance metrics and report KPIs to leadership.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, tech, or digital services.
  • Proven experience in both inbound and outbound sales.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Experience using CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Prior startup experience preferred.
