Role Overview

As an Intern/Analyst in the Brand Analytics team, you will support the delivery and maintenance of analytics projects by following defined processes and timelines. You will work under the guidance of your manager or team leader, contributing to data preparation, running data pipelines, and quality assurance tasks. This role is ideal for early-career professionals with foundational analytics skills and a strong desire to grow within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement maintenance and support tasks for analytics projects within defined specifications.
  • Prepare and transform data files using standard processes to consolidate multiple sources into agreed formats (Excel, databases, data lakes).
  • Conduct quality checks for completeness, accuracy, and consistency of source data.
  • Apply minor enhancements to dashboards or models based on provided designs.
  • Validate outputs using checklists and guidelines from leads or managers.
  • Update reports to reflect progress and status of assigned workstreams.
  • Follow best practices and defined processes to ensure high-quality outputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Fundamental understanding of data management and analytics.
  • Beginner-level proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.
  • Ability to query platforms to extract relevant data.
  • Strong documentation and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with statistical tools such as R, Python, SPSS.
  • General understanding of statistical analysis.
  • Social listening skills and familiarity with related platforms, like Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Meltwater, Talkwalker, etc.
