Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Kharadi, Pune (Work From Office)

Experience Required: 1+ Years

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Kharadi, Pune. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and at least 1 year of experience in telesales or customer handling roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our products/services
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into confirmed appointments or sales
  • Handle incoming calls, resolve customer queries, and provide accurate information
  • Maintain and update lead information in CRM or Google Sheets
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the team leader
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain professionalism and quality standards during all interactions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, or a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi, English, and/or Marathi
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
