Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Duty Manager role located in Pune. The Duty Manager will oversee all aspects of operations during their shift, ensuring a seamless guest experience. Responsibilities include managing staff, coordinating with different departments for smooth functioning, addressing guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and handling emergencies. The Duty Manager will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.
Qualifications
- Leadership and supervisory skills to effectively manage staff and operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
