Talent Acquisition Manager
to join our team. This role will be responsible for
end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning
to ensure we attract and hire the best talent that aligns with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and improve candidate experience.
- Develop recruitment metrics and regularly report on hiring progress and market insights.
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques, including digital recruitment campaigns and networking events.
- Collaborate with leadership teams on workforce planning and future talent needs.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with organizational policies and employment laws.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in recruitment/talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under deadlines.
- Knowledge of employer branding and HR best practices is a plus.
