end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning
to ensure we attract and hire the best talent that aligns with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and improve candidate experience.
  • Develop recruitment metrics and regularly report on hiring progress and market insights.
  • Implement innovative sourcing techniques, including digital recruitment campaigns and networking events.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams on workforce planning and future talent needs.
  • Ensure recruitment processes comply with organizational policies and employment laws.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in recruitment/talent acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under deadlines.
  • Knowledge of employer branding and HR best practices is a plus.
